Dear customer, if you want to make a refund within 90 days of receiving the package, contact our customer service to open a refund request.

You will then be asked to fill out a cancellation form with the product images and the reason for the return (this helps us learn our customers better).

After the package is received by us properly and complete, we give a credit to the means of payment in which you made the transaction for 95% of the total amount of the transaction. This is due to a 5% Restocking fee.

2 Year Warranty

We are proud to offer a 2 year warranty on our products as they meet the highest standards on the market.

Please keep a copy of your order confirmation and receipt tax invoice as proof of purchase. You will need them to redeem your warranty.

Without them, we reserve the right to reject any claim under this warranty. Also, note that the warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser only. It is not transferable for resale.

What Does The Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any material damage to the products caused by proper use. The products should maintain their natural shape within the time frame of the warranty. This means that we cover any contours or severe body prints imprinted on the products.

What Doesn't The Warranty Cover?

Comfort preference.
Unusual use.
Physical abuse or product damage.
Burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage or stains.
Mold, dirt, stains or odors resulting from improper handling of the products.
Any claim made that is not in favor of the original purchaser.
Any product (whether manufactured by Spinaly or not) sold by a third party supplier.

When The Warranty Expires?

The warranty ends after two years from the date of delivery of your package from Spinaly.

To Redeem Your Warranty Send Us:

1. A brief written description and a photo of the problem or condition that you believe is a defect.
2. Proof of purchase (such as your order number, order confirmation photo or receipt tax invoice) to us at hi@spinaly.co.

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to require images. Also additional information before accepting a particular claim under this warranty.

What We Do When We Receive This Information From You?

We will check any evidence we receive about the fulfillment of the warranty.
When we have received the evidence we need, we will decide whether the warranty covers your claim or not.
If we have determined that the warranty covers your request, we will send you a new product back.

What If I Want A Refund?

This warranty does not entitle you to a refund. The warranty only covers replacements, repairs and upgrades for warranty fulfillment.
